CMSP offers primary statistical services for select cross sectional studies. We utilize classical hypothesis testing approaches to compare population characteristics and provide various summary statistical measures, including: fold changes, relative standard deviations, and multiple testing corrected p-values. Some of our software provide multivariate statistical techniques, such as principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical clustering.
