High Throughput Assays
Our high-throughput assays allow researchers to hit the ground running by targeting a variety of metabolites and metabolic pathways, using quantitative methods already established in-house. We seek to improve the availability of high-throughput targeted metabolomics for researchers to maximize throughput and enable analysis of large sample cohorts.

Custom Assays
We understand that researchers can require customized assays developed to test hypotheses and meet project goals. Since CMSP’s inception, we have worked side by side with researchers/clients to customize and develop targeted MS-based assays targeting metabolites of interest. Whether it is adapting and implementing published protocols or establishing assays from scratch, we have experienced staff members with proven track records of success in developing assays
