Join us at this pivotal event to delve into innovative methodologies in the field of metabolomics

Event Details:

Visit our table at the UM Genomics Center Genofest event on October 6th, 2023 (visit Here to register) and hear about the mass spectrometry services we provide for metabolomics and proteomics projects

Twice a year, the CMSP offers a three day, hands-on workshop seeking to equip participants with basic knowledge on sample preparation, instrumentation and data analysis necessary for success in their research projects.
CMSP director Tim Griffin and colleagues, including CMSP staff members, published a new workflow for bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, or BALF, an important clinical sample that has proven challenging for mass spectrometry-based proteomics studies.
CMSP added an automated liquid handler to the collection of in-house equipment available to customers
CMSP oversees the maintenance, operation and training of a new Precellys Evolution Tissue Homogenizer from Bertin Technologies.
We have changed our name (but kept our abbreviation) to reflect both our metabolomics and proteomics service offerings.
Through a partnership with biocrates life sciences, the CMSP offers an approach to quantitative metabolomics and lipidomics that brings accuracy and flexibility for biological and biomedical studies.
